Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain time periods for cleaning of common areas

- notify supervisor of completed work and prepare areas for inspection

- request necessary supplies through the Maintenance Superintendent or Property Manager
- report defects or deficiencies to maintenance staff
