Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- physical ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
- ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- willingness to work in extreme weather conditions below 32 degrees and above 100 degrees
- ability to use hands and arms for handling and reaching
- good hearing and speaking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- ability to work in extreme temperatures
- physical ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and under supervision
- knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures
Job Duties
- Maintain time periods for daily cleaning of common areas
- clean vacant apartments
- police the grounds
- perform ground’s maintenance
- notify supervisor of completed work and ready areas for inspection
- maintain accurate records of time worked
- request supplies through Maintenance Superintendent/Property Manager
- report defects and deficiencies for necessary repairs
- maintain high standards of resident relations
- perform duties as requested by Maintenance Superintendent/Property Manager
- perform other duties as assigned
