Job Requirements
- Attention to detail and efficient time management skills
- Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions, especially heat and rain, for a majority of an 8-hour shift
- Understanding and willingness to work around events including weekends and some holidays
- Ability to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift
- Capability to lift up to 40lbs
- Willingness to perform tasks on a 6-8ft ladder
- Ability to work in a small group of up to 4 people

Job Duties
- Empty, clean, and move all trash cans and waste receptacles
- Use provided hands-free equipment to clean and sanitize restrooms across Riverbend property
- Replace toilet paper and paper towels in restrooms
- Clean and pressure wash seated areas, often with a fire-hose
- Move necessary facility equipment including temporary barricade, lounge furniture, beach umbrellas, tables and chairs
- Set up VIP chairs in box seat areas according to specific instructions
- Sweep, pick up, and dispose of scattered debris on the venue lawn, blacktop, seated areas, parking lots, walking areas, and expanded property
- Perform various landscaping duties such as trimming bushes, weekly grass mowing and tending to flower beds
- Detail clean any necessary surfaces with chemical cleaner
- Operate a pressure washer to deep clean surfaces
- Complete work orders for minor restroom repairs
- Conduct various painting projects
- Other duties as assigned
