Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Have legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada
- Complete ramp and SIDA training
- Ability to secure Customs Seal if required
- Be physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling heavy items regularly
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Have authorization to work in the United States or Canada as applicable
- Complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
- Ability to secure a Customs Seal if required
- Preferred one or more years of relevant experience
Job Duties
- Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate
- Transport, lift, load/unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, cargo, and mail material safely
- Safeguard customer baggage, air cargo, and airmail from weather, loss, theft, damage or destruction
- Clean aircraft passenger cabins between flights and stock aircraft with needed supplies
- Operate heavy equipment such as pushback equipment while maintaining visual contact with Wing Walkers
- Operate and/or drive motorized equipment such as belt loaders, air start units, lift trucks, push back tugs, bag carts, lavatory carts, and deicers, or manually push and pull carts and containers
- Receive and record customer baggage, air freight, mail, and company materials as required
