Labcorp, through its division PAML, is currently seeking a Grossing Technician to join the team in Tukwila, Washington. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and quality of specimens used in diagnostic testing. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with overtime and rotating weekends potentially required. The position offers a competitive pay range of $25.85 to $37.05 per hour, plus shift 2 differentials, with compensation based on relevant skills, experience, certifications, and internal equity.

As a Grossing Technician at Labcorp, you will be responsible for the accurate gross description and dissection of surgical specimens, preparing tissue sections for diagnostic study, and operating laboratory instruments. You will play a critical role in ensuring the samples meet established standards for testing, follow departmental procedures, and maintain detailed records. The position demands high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. This role also requires proficiency with computers and familiarity with laboratory information systems, as well as the physical ability to meet the job's demands.
