We are currently seeking a Grooming Receptionist and Sales Team Member to join the Scenthound team. This role is crucial as it blends customer service with sales and administrative tasks to support salon operations. The position is hourly and offers an attractive hourly rate between $13.00 and $15.00, plus an additional $5 to $6 per hour earned from the salon's shared tip pool. The schedule is flexible with no Sundays or evenings, providing an excellent work-life balance. This role primarily focuses on selling memberships while delivering exceptional service to every customer, meeting both their and their pet’s needs.

As a Grooming Receptionist and Sales Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for customers and their dogs, managing appointment scheduling, handling phone inquiries, greeting clients, and promoting memberships and retail products. This position offers a direct career growth path to management roles such as Assistant Manager or Manager, making it a promising opportunity for motivated individuals who want to advance within the company.
