- Sales experience and confidence particularly in membership sales
- Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environments
- Proficiency with computer and technology
- Passion for dogs and dog health and wellness
- Reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Drive membership and retail sales and service add-ons through health and wellness education
- Develop membership leads by following up with potential members
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, manage customer profiles and records
- Manage cash drawer - responsible for daily cash handling

- Retain memberships
- Keep the reception area clean and presentable
