Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or grocery stocking preferred
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs
- Strong organizational skills
- Open availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise and support grocery/snacks stockers to ensure efficient stocking and organization of products
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and ensure proper product rotation
- Collaborate with store management to improve product selection and merchandising strategies
- Lead team meetings to discuss department goals, challenges, and improvements
- May be requested to work in other locations from time to time
- Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 30 lbs as needed
