Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of grocery or retail management experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting above shoulder height
- Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- Two (2) or more years of grocery or retail management experience
- Hands-on leadership experience in grocery retail (e.g. Produce, Deli/Bakery, or Meat/Seafood departments) is highly preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting above shoulder height
- Ability to work flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Assists with the management of all aspects of Store operations including customer service, store condition and the selection, training, supervising, and performance management of Store Sales Associates
- Assists in unloading all merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transfers merchandise from stockroom to store
- Collaborates with team members to ensure the store meets or exceeds the established merchandising standards for product quality, presentation and visual marketing/merchandising
- Keep up with reporting to support sales, earnings, and minimizing shrink
- Assumes full management responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager
