- At least 18 years old for bike delivery
- Valid driver's license for car and scooter delivery
- State-issued ID for all delivery methods
- Access to a 2-door vehicle for car delivery or a motorized scooter under 50cc for scooter delivery
- Ability to submit Social Security number for background check
