Job Requirements
- One to two years of culinary experience
- knowledge of grill and cold food preparation preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- physical capability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment safely
Job Qualifications
- One to two years of previous culinary experience, preferably including grill and cold prep
- strong passion for food quality and hospitality
- ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
- effective communication and teamwork skills
- attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
Job Duties
- Delight our guests with perfectly prepared dishes
- passionately prepare food products including meats, poultry, and seafood as determined by recipe, technique, and procedure
- assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
- ensure guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food products
- be a team player and maintain high attention to detail
