Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous culinary experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Basic knife skills

Job Duties
- Prepare high quality food products including meats, poultry, and seafood according to recipes and techniques
- Assist side cook and kitchen staff in food preparation
- Ensure timely and accurate cooking and plating of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grill and kitchen area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to deliver superior guest experiences
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
