Job Requirements
- One to two years of previous culinary experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic culinary knowledge and knife skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow established recipes and procedures
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Delight our guests with perfectly prepared dishes
- Passionately prepare food products, including all meats, poultry, and seafood items, following recipe, technique, and procedure
- Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
- Ensure guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food products
- Be a team player and maintain high attention to detail
