Job Requirements

  • One to two years of previous culinary experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic culinary knowledge and knife skills
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to follow established recipes and procedures
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years of previous culinary experience to include grill and cold prep preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality food and customer service

Job Duties

  • Delight our guests with perfectly prepared dishes
  • Passionately prepare food products, including all meats, poultry, and seafood items, following recipe, technique, and procedure
  • Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
  • Ensure guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food products
  • Be a team player and maintain high attention to detail
