Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous culinary experience of one to two years
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Delight our guests with perfectly prepared dishes
- Passionately prepare food products including all meats, poultry, and seafood as per recipe, technique, and procedure
- Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
- Ensure guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food products
- Be a team player and maintain high attention to detail
