Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to follow recipes and safety standards
  • Good physical stamina
  • Team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years of previous culinary experience including grill and cold prep preferred
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Delight guests with perfectly prepared dishes
  • Passionately prepare food products including meats, poultry, and seafood according to recipes and procedures
  • Assist side cook and other kitchen staff in food preparation
  • Ensure superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food products
  • Be a team player with high attention to detail
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of grill and cooking stations
  • Follow health and safety standards in food handling and preparation
