Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of culinary experience preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to follow recipes and safety standards
- Good physical stamina
- Team-oriented mindset

- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and procedures

Job Duties
- Delight guests with perfectly prepared dishes
- Passionately prepare food products including meats, poultry, and seafood according to recipes and procedures
- Assist side cook and other kitchen staff in food preparation
- Ensure superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food products
- Be a team player with high attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of grill and cooking stations
- Follow health and safety standards in food handling and preparation
