Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of culinary experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work day and evening shifts
- Willingness to adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Eligibility to work in person at the assigned location
Job Qualifications
- One to two years of previous culinary experience including grill and cold prep preferred
- Ability to work flexible day and evening shifts
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to high food safety and hygiene standards
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment operation
Job Duties
- Delight guests with perfectly prepared dishes
- Passionately prepare food products including all meats, poultry, and seafood as determined by recipe, technique, and procedure
- Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
- Ensure guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food product
- Be a team player with high attention to detail
