Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year of culinary experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work day and evening shifts
  • Willingness to adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Eligibility to work in person at the assigned location

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years of previous culinary experience including grill and cold prep preferred
  • Ability to work flexible day and evening shifts
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to high food safety and hygiene standards
  • Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment operation

Job Duties

  • Delight guests with perfectly prepared dishes
  • Passionately prepare food products including all meats, poultry, and seafood as determined by recipe, technique, and procedure
  • Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
  • Ensure guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food product
  • Be a team player with high attention to detail
