Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One to two years of previous culinary experience including grill and cold prep preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Delight guests with perfectly prepared dishes
- Passionately prepare food products including all meats, poultry, and seafood items according to recipe, technique, and procedure
- Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
- Ensure guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food products
- Be a team player and maintain high attention to detail
