Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of culinary experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety

Job Duties
- Delight guests with perfectly prepared dishes
- Passionately prepare food products including meats, poultry, and seafood according to recipe, technique, and procedure
- Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
- Ensure guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food product
- Be a team player and maintain high attention to detail
