Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in culinary or food preparation preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years of previous culinary experience, including grill and cold prep preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Delight our guests with perfectly prepared dishes
  • Passionately prepare food products, including meats, poultry, and seafood, according to recipe, technique, and procedure
  • Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
  • Ensure guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food products
  • Be a team player with high attention to detail
