Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in culinary or food preparation preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- One to two years of previous culinary experience, including grill and cold prep preferred

Job Duties
- Delight our guests with perfectly prepared dishes
- Passionately prepare food products, including meats, poultry, and seafood, according to recipe, technique, and procedure
- Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
- Ensure guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food products
- Be a team player with high attention to detail
