Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years of culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capacity to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years of previous culinary experience including grill and cold prep preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality dishes consistently

Job Duties

  • Delight our Guests with perfectly prepared dishes
  • Passionately prepare food products, to include all meats, poultry, and seafood items, as determined by recipe, technique, and procedure
  • Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
  • Ensure our Guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food product
  • Be a team player and have high attention to detail
