Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years of culinary experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capacity to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen

Job Qualifications

One to two years of previous culinary experience including grill and cold prep preferred
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Passion for delivering high-quality dishes consistently

Job Duties

Delight our Guests with perfectly prepared dishes
Passionately prepare food products, to include all meats, poultry, and seafood items, as determined by recipe, technique, and procedure
Assist the side cook and other kitchen personnel in food preparation
Ensure our Guests have a superior dining experience by correctly timing and preparing all food product
Be a team player and have high attention to detail
