Job Requirements
- Good vision, both general and close
- Good hearing
- Manual dexterity
- Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and walk throughout the shift
- Upper body strength including arms, wrists, and hands
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Maintain good personal hygiene and adhere to uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- Basic reading and math skills

- Maintain composure under stress
- Ability to plan and organize tasks efficiently
- Retain verbal instructions and menu preparation procedures
- Prior experience in food service or grill operation is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare to order quality grill products within 5-8 minutes according to specific cooking procedures
- Use grill, bun toaster, spatula, meat fork, and CRT equipment to monitor cooking times and temperatures
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to maintain workflow
- Sanitize work area to comply with health and safety standards
- Follow safety, security, uniform, and company policies at all times
- Maintain personal hygiene and uniform appearance
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management
