Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of similar experience in a professional kitchen
- College degree in Culinary Arts
- Drug free workplace adherence
- Ability to work flexible hours including all meal periods
- Strong physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications

- Excellent culinary skills including knowledge of different cooking techniques
- Ability to handle meat and seafood fabrication
- Proficiency in ala minute cooking
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to sanitation and cleanliness
- Good knowledge of continental cuisine
Job Duties
- Work at any station for all daily meal periods
- Bake cakes and bread
- Exhibit knowledge of continental cuisine
- Portion fish, poultry and seafood
- Prepare sauces and salad dressings
- Restock the station for the next day
- Requisition food for any type of stations
- Breakdown and clean station
- Clean and sanitize working area
- Create preparation lists for different stations including part levels
- Check with the Sous Chef before clocking out
