Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand extensively without breaks
  • Capacity to handle exposure to heat, smoke and cold
  • Ability to reach heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three feet
  • High level of mobility and flexibility for up to eight hours or longer
  • Effective communication skills with peers, managers and guests
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Grill and cut whole flanks of steak
  • Clean char and flat grills
  • Cook and reheat proteins like chicken, steak, tofu, and ground turkey
  • Interact positively with guests
  • Maintain current knowledge of menu items, pricing, and specials
  • Serve guests quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain and monitor food rotation and safety
  • Provide exemplary guest service
  • Wash dishes, take out trash, sweep and mop, and maintain station cleanliness
  • Aid in team organization and cleanliness
