Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
Eligible to work in the United States
Meet safety and sanitation standards
Ability to stand extensively without breaks
Exposure to heat, smoke and cold
Ability to reach heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three feet
High level of mobility and flexibility for up to eight hours or longer
Effective communication with peers, managers and guests
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States
Meet safety and sanitation standards
Work in fast-paced environment
Anticipate and understand guests needs and expectations
Must be at least 16 years old

Job Duties

Work well and interacts with others respectfully
Respond positively to coaching and feedback
Able to learn and execute multiple tasks
Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines
Maintain clean and neat work environment
Prepare and deliver all products according to Brand standards
Grill and cut whole flanks of steak
Clean char and flat grills
Cook and reheat proteins for service such as chicken, steak, tofu, and ground turkey
Interact positively with guests
Maintain current knowledge of menu items, pricing, and specials
Serve guests quickly and efficiently throughout the day
Maintain and monitor rotation of food items and overall food safety
Provide exemplary guest service
Wash dishes, take out trash, sweep and mop, and maintain cleanliness of station
Aid in other opportunities to help team stay organized and clean
