The Grill Cook / Prep Cook position is a vital role within the Barberitos team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all menu items are prepared according to Barberitos’ exacting standards, guaranteeing guest satisfaction and preserving the integrity of the brand. - Maintain and monitor rotation of food items and overall food safety
- Provide exemplary guest service
- Wash dishes, take out trash, sweep and mop, and maintain cleanliness of station
- Aid in other opportunities to help team stay organized and clean
