Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand extensively without breaks
- Exposure to heat, smoke and cold
- Ability to reach heights of approximately six feet and depths of approximately three feet
- High level of mobility and flexibility for up to eight hours or longer
- Effective communication with peers, managers and guests
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Work in fast-paced environment
- Anticipate and understand guests needs and expectations
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Duties
- Work well and interacts with others respectfully
- Respond positively to coaching and feedback
- Able to learn and execute multiple tasks
- Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain clean and neat work environment
- Prepare and deliver all products according to Brand standards
- Grill and cut whole flanks of steak
- Clean char and flat grills
- Cook and reheat proteins for service such as chicken, steak, tofu, and ground turkey
- Interact positively with guests
- Maintain current knowledge of menu items, pricing, and specials
- Serve guests quickly and efficiently throughout the day
- Maintain and monitor rotation of food items and overall food safety
- Provide exemplary guest service
- Wash dishes, take out trash, sweep and mop, and maintain cleanliness of station
- Aid in other opportunities to help team stay organized and clean
