Job Duties

  • prepare and deliver all products according to brand standards
  • grill and cut whole flanks of steak
  • clean char and flat grills
  • cook and reheat proteins such as chicken, steak, tofu, and ground turkey
  • interact positively with guests
  • maintain current knowledge of menu items, pricing, and specials
  • serve guests quickly and efficiently
  • maintain and monitor food rotation and safety
  • provide exemplary guest service
  • wash dishes, take out trash, sweep and mop, maintain cleanliness of station
  • aid in team organization and cleanliness
