Job Duties
- Work well and interact with others respectfully

- follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines
- maintain clean and neat work environment
- prepare and deliver all products according to brand standards
- grill and cut whole flanks of steak
- clean char and flat grills
- cook and reheat proteins such as chicken, steak, tofu, and ground turkey
- interact positively with guests
- maintain current knowledge of menu items, pricing, and specials
- serve guests quickly and efficiently
- maintain and monitor food rotation and safety
- provide exemplary guest service
- wash dishes, take out trash, sweep and mop, maintain cleanliness of station
- aid in team organization and cleanliness
