The position is multifaceted and combines responsibilities of utility, food prep, and cashier duties within the company's catering service operations. Key duties include setting up and breaking down rooms for catering events as well as facilitating the efficient execution of catering orders from start to finish. The employee will handle various aspects of food preparation, which includes making pastries, desserts, and sandwiches. Additionally, important tasks such as inventory management and maintaining catering equipment are integral to the role. The position also calls for cross-training in kitchen service during peak service hours, reflecting the need for flexibility and a willingness to assist the team as required.
