Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a grill cook or in a similar culinary role
  • strong knowledge of grilling techniques and kitchen operations
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, extremely high-pressure environment
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • food handler's certification or equivalent is required
  • passion for creating delicious food and delivering exceptional service
  • ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • maintain standards with kitchen staff on techniques and station protocols
  • adapt to changing menu items and special requests with flexibility
