The role being offered is that of a skilled Cook and aspiring Chef who will be responsible for preparing meals in accordance with the menu specifications. This position requires a culinary professional who can expertly handle various kitchen tasks while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency. The cook will prepare dishes that not only meet established standards but also delight customers through excellent taste and timely delivery. An essential aspect of this role is the ability to follow instructions carefully while managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic kitchen setting. This position also plays a key role in preserving the restaurant's reputation by exceeding customers' expectations at every opportunity.

In this role, the cook will support both the Grill and FUEL menus, working closely with managers, chefs, and other kitchen staff to contribute to menu development and product quality. The individual will ensure the dining experience remains exceptional by providing recommendations to guests with food sensitivities or allergies and assisting in order processing when needed. Professionalism in communication and collaboration is critical, as is keeping the kitchen organized and clean to meet and surpass cleanliness standards. The role may also involve assisting front-of-house operations such as counter or table service during busy periods or special events. Overall, this position demands a proactive, attentive, and customer-oriented mindset focused on maintaining excellence and improving every aspect of the guests’ dining experience.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide top-notch customer service and member experience
  • Accurately prepare menu items per established standards
  • Maintain working knowledge of restaurant menu
  • Assist in menu development for the Grill and FUEL menus
  • Make recommendations for members who have food sensitivities/allergies
  • Assist in receiving and delivering orders when necessary
  • Keep storage areas organized and clean
  • Clearly communicate with other members of the team as production is accomplished
  • Leave each shift organized and cleaned, exceeding what you would want to come into yourself
  • Assist with front counter or table service as needed
  • Accurately process member orders in the club POS system when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area per grill standards
  • Work special events as necessary throughout the year
