Currently, Canteen is seeking to fill a part-time Grill Cook position located at Eaton - 2900 Doc Bennett Road, Fayetteville, NC 28306. This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience working on a flat top grill, baking, and frying, as well as those knowledgeable about kitchen safety and sanitation. The position is scheduled from Monday through Thursday, between 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm, providing a structured but flexible part-time schedule. Compensation for this role ranges from $15.50 to $16.00 per hour, reflecting both the skills required and the company’s commitment to rewarding quality work.

The Grill Cook will be responsible for preparing food and serving customers efficiently and in compliance with federal, state, and corporate standards. Key duties include taking customer orders, preparing items requiring short preparation times, and ensuring that all food served meets established quality and safety standards. The role demands attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe work environment while delivering food that is both attractive and delicious. The Grill Cook must use approved recipes and portion controls to deliver consistency across all orders.
