Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Willingness to work varying AM and PM shifts
- Ability to comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Reliable transportation to Thop Memorial Campus location
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job including standing for long periods
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to follow established recipes and production standards
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work part-time with flexible shifts

Job Duties
- Take orders from customers and prepare food items requiring short preparation
- Complete orders from steam tables and serve customers at multiple stations
- Serve customers efficiently and in a friendly manner following established steps of service
- Ensure food is at correct temperature and is visually attractive and tasty
- Taste all prepared food items
- Use established ticket-collection procedures during service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Store foods properly following safety and rotation procedures
- Resolve customer concerns and report to supervisor
- Attend in-service and safety meetings
- Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, and management
- Perform job safely while maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
