Job Requirements
- at least 16 years old
- authorized to work in the US
- valid driver's license
- ability to stand for extended periods
- able to lift up to 30 pounds
- capable of bending, stooping and kneeling
- able to work in various weather conditions
- able to see, hear and speak clearly
- no current use of sedatives that impair function
- willingness to disclose any medications affecting job performance
Job Qualifications
- at least 16 years old
- must be authorized to work in the US
- must have a valid driver's license
- prior restaurant experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- cook and prepare meats on the grill according to safety standards
- maintain clean and organized grill station including proper storage and labeling of food
- monitor inventory and notify management of low supplies
- ensure all meats are cooked to appropriate temperatures and served promptly
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- assist with kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks
- perform other duties as needed to support restaurant operations
