Job Description

Guest Services, a premier hospitality management company and National Park Service concessionaire in the United States, is seeking a Grill Cook to prepare, cook, and serve food items on the grill and coordinate with the Executive Chef on daily and special function menus.

Job Requirements

  • Partial high school education required
  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred. Culinary knowledge
  • Food Safety certified with strong sanitation habits
  • Strong customer service abilities. Ability to recognize and communicate problems to management. Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks
  • Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 25 lbs. regularly. Ability to stand for the entire workday
  • Ability to withstand temperature extremes. Reading and writing work-related documents in English
  • Speech recognition and clarity in English.
