Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of grill cook experience
- Ability to work Saturdays through Tuesdays
- Willingness to work full-time or part-time schedules
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and carrying food trays
- Ability to follow federal, state, and corporate food safety guidelines

Job Duties
- Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation
- Completes orders from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations
- Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service
- Ensures food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty
- Tastes all prepared food items to ensure quality
- Uses approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality and portion control
- Stores foods properly following food safety and rotation procedures
- Cleans, sanitizes and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment and utensils
- Resolves customer concerns and communicates with supervisors
- Attends in-service and safety meetings
- Maintains good working relationships with coworkers and managers
- Performs job safely while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Carries pans, kettles and trays in accordance with safety standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
