Job Requirements

  • Prior experience as a grill cook
  • Availability to work Sunday through Thursday 11 am to 7 pm
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including carrying pans, kettles, and trays
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to maintain clean and safe work environment
  • Willingness to attend in-service and safety meetings
  • Must be able to taste food for quality assurance

  • Prior experience as a grill cook
  • Ability to follow approved recipes and production standards
  • Proficient in maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work Sunday through Thursday 11 am to 7 pm
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Takes orders from customers and prepares grilled food items requiring short preparation
  • Completes orders promptly from steam tables and serves customers at multiple stations
  • Ensures food is prepared and served at correct temperatures following established recipes and production standards
  • Maintains clean, sanitized, and stocked work areas, equipment, and utensils meeting sanitation guidelines
  • Stores food following safety, wrapping, dating, and rotation protocols
  • Resolves customer concerns professionally and reports issues to supervisors
  • Participates in safety and in-service meetings and maintains a safe work environment
