Job Requirements
- Minimum education level of high school diploma or equivalent
- No prior cooking experience necessary
- Willingness to work full-time with flexible hours
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation

Job Duties
- Take orders from customer and prepare items requiring short preparation
- Complete orders from steam tables and serve customers at multiple stations
- Serve customers efficiently and in a friendly manner following established steps of service
- Ensure food is at correct temperature and visually appealing
- Taste prepared food items for quality assurance
- Use approved recipes and portion control standards
- Clean, sanitize and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Store food following safety protocols
- Resolve customer concerns and report them to supervisor
- Attend in-service and safety meetings
- Maintain good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management
- Perform job safely while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
