Job Requirements
- Cooking experience required

- availability to work Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 1:00 pm
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- capacity to handle physical aspects of the job such as carrying pans and working on feet

Job Duties
- Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation
- complete orders from steam tables and serve customers at multiple stations
- serve customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service
- ensure food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty
- taste all prepared food items
- use established ticket-collection procedures during service
- maintain records from area worked during service periods
- use approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and portion control
- carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards
- store foods in designated areas following standard wrapping, dating and food safety and rotation procedures
- clean, sanitize and maintain all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met
- resolve customer concerns and report relevant information and concerns to supervisor
- attend in-service and safety meetings
- maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers
- perform job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- perform other duties as assigned
