Eurest is currently seeking full-time and part-time Grill Cook positions located at Intel, 4500 Dobson Road, Chandler, AZ. This role involves preparing food and serving customers at the grill station in alignment with federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure high-quality food service. The Grill Cook will be responsible for food preparation following established recipes, maintaining correct food temperatures, quality control, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires prior grill experience and skill in food prep, recipe adherence, temperature reporting, and safety procedures.
Scheduled hours are from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm either Saturday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Sunday, with more detailed scheduling available during interviews. The hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00, reflecting the applicant’s experience and qualifications. The role entails customer interaction by taking orders and preparing short-preparation items, serving customers efficiently and courteously, and ensuring that food served meets stringent quality and safety standards. The Cook will also be responsible for daily operations such as maintaining clean and sanitized work areas, storing food correctly using proper wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures, and handling cooking equipment safely. All associates are expected to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines strictly and participate in ongoing in-service and safety training.

Job Requirements
- Grill experience is required
- Experience with prep, following recipes, reporting, and recording temperatures is required
- Ability to work full-time or part-time schedules including early mornings
- Must be able to handle physical demands such as carrying heavy pans and standing for long periods
- Must adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation

- Previous grill cooking experience required

Job Duties
- Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation
- Complete orders from steam tables and serve customers at multiple stations
- Serve customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service
- Ensure food is at correct temperature, attractive, and tasty
- Taste all prepared food items for quality
- Use established ticket-collection procedures during service
- Responsible for records from area worked during service periods
- Use approved recipes and production standards for quality, serving temperature, and portion control
- Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food safely
- Store foods properly following wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Resolve customer concerns and report them to supervisor
- Attend in-service and safety meetings
- Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, and management
- Perform job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
