Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
- Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout your shift
- Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Hand-eye coordination
- Reaching, bending twisting, stooping
- Pushing and pulling
- Lifting overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels
Job Qualifications
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- Commitment to quality service
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Ability to take direction in a team environment
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking is a plus
- Strong attention to detail in food presentation
Job Duties
- Take full ownership for the daily preparation and execution of food items in the grill station
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by producing high quality chicken and menu items efficiently
- Follow recipes, procedures and presentation standards consistently
- Work as a team player assisting colleagues and collaborating with the service team
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized grill station throughout your shift
- Support the team in meeting and exceeding customer expectations
