Job Duties
- Take full ownership of the daily preparation and execution of food items in the station
- Provide an exceptional Nando's experience by efficiently producing the highest quality chicken and menu items
- Follow recipes, procedures, and presentation standards consistently
- Assist team members and collaborate with the service team to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Communicate professionally and clearly with team members and management
