Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • commitment to quality service and food knowledge
  • knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • basic English language and professional communication skills
  • ability to lift up to 15lbs independently
  • ability to stand, walk and climb stairs for extended periods
  • hand-eye coordination
  • reaching, bending, twisting, stooping
  • pushing and pulling
  • lifting overhead
  • able to work 8-10 hours per day
  • must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
  • basic English language proficiency

Job Duties

  • Take full ownership of daily preparation and execution of food items in assigned station
  • follow recipes, procedures, and presentation standards consistently
  • produce and execute highest quality chicken and menu items efficiently
  • assist team members and coordinate with service team to exceed customer expectations
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area
  • adhere to food safety and handling procedures
  • communicate effectively with team and supervisors
