Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- commitment to quality service and food knowledge
- knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- basic English language and professional communication skills
- ability to lift up to 15lbs independently
- ability to stand, walk and climb stairs for extended periods

- able to work 8-10 hours per day
- must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred

Job Duties
- Take full ownership of daily preparation and execution of food items in assigned station
- follow recipes, procedures, and presentation standards consistently
- produce and execute highest quality chicken and menu items efficiently
- assist team members and coordinate with service team to exceed customer expectations
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area
- adhere to food safety and handling procedures
- communicate effectively with team and supervisors
