Job Requirements

Job Duties
- take full ownership for daily preparation and execution of food items in their station
- provide an exceptional Nando's experience by efficiently producing high-quality chicken and menu items
- follow recipes, procedures, and presentation standards consistently
- assist team members and work with the service team to exceed customer expectations
- maintain safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
- communicate professionally in basic English
- work calmly and effectively under pressure
