Job Requirements

Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
basic English language and professional communication skills
able to independently lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes
must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
hand-eye coordination

must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties

Take full ownership of daily preparation and execution of food items in the grill station
consistently follow recipes, procedures and presentation standards
efficiently produce high-quality chicken and menu items
assist and collaborate with the service team to exceed customer expectations
maintain a clean and safe workstation
comply with safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
