Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment

  • knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures

  • able to independently lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
  • ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes
  • must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day

Job Duties

  • Take full ownership of daily preparation and execution of food items in the grill station
  • consistently follow recipes, procedures and presentation standards
  • efficiently produce high-quality chicken and menu items
  • assist and collaborate with the service team to exceed customer expectations
  • maintain a clean and safe workstation
  • comply with safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
  • support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
