Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment

- commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- basic English language and professional communication skills
- able to independently lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
- ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes
- must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day

- must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Duties
- Take full ownership of daily preparation and execution of food items in the grill station
- consistently follow recipes, procedures and presentation standards

- assist and collaborate with the service team to exceed customer expectations
- maintain a clean and safe workstation
- comply with safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
