The current opportunity at Baptist Health focuses on the Food Production Supervisor role, an essential position supporting the preparation and production of food for patient and guest meals. This role ensures that all food service goals and objectives are met, maintaining high standards in quality, quantity, nutrition, appearance, temperature, and timeliness. The supervisor will follow standardized recipes, daily production charts, and detailed instructions to achieve consistent and excellent results. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food production or related area
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and production charts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Food safety certification required within 6 months of hire
