Located at California Lutheran University, Sodexo is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Grill Cook to join their culinary team. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about food, enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, and want to contribute to creating positive dining experiences for university students, staff, and visitors. The Grill Cook role is part-time, with varied shifts that will be specified during the interview process, offering a competitive pay rate of $20 to $21 per hour.

As a Grill Cook at Sodexo, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and present delicious, nutritious meals across multiple meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events. You will be actively involved in cooking on the grill station, utilizing kitchen equipment such as fryers, and adhering carefully to recipes to ensure consistency and quality. This role is not only about cooking but also about customer service excellence, food safety, and minimizing food waste.
