Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-2 years of related cooking or food preparation experience beneficial
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures
Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, grill, and present hot and cold food items for various meal periods
- Read and measure or mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate a la carte service and manage grill stations, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- Attend work punctually and with regularity
- Perform additional duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
