As a grill cook at Mo' Bettahs, you will play a critical role in the preparation of the restaurant's signature meats, particularly steaks and chicken. Your responsibilities will center on cooking and maintaining an ample supply of fresh meats that meet the quality standards the restaurant is celebrated for. This position requires diligent attention to detail in both the cooking process and cleanliness of the grill area. You will be expected to ensure that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperatures and served promptly to provide customers with the best dining experience possible.

In addition to grilling duties, you will also monitor inventory levels, notifying management when supplies need replenishment to avoid any disruptions in service. Food safety and sanitation practices are paramount in this role; adherence to guidelines for proper handling, storage, and labeling of meats will be essential to maintain the restaurant's high safety standards. Beyond grilling, you may be called upon to assist with a variety of kitchen maintenance tasks, supporting overall restaurant operations and teamwork among the staff.
