Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare meats including steak and chicken
  • maintain a clean and organized grill area including proper storage and labeling of food items
  • monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are low
  • ensure all food items are cooked to appropriate temperatures and served promptly
  • follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines including proper handling and storage of raw meats
  • assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed
  • perform any other duties to assist in restaurant operations as required
