Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a food preparation or kitchen role beneficial
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
  • Willingness to work flexible shift schedules including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, grill, and present hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and measure/mix ingredients according to recipes
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte station or operate grill, fryer, and other kitchen equipment
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
