The Grill Cook role at Mo' Bettahs offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the culinary team responsible for preparing some of the restaurant's core staples—primarily steak and chicken dishes. As a Grill Cook, you will handle the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meats while ensuring cleanliness and order in the grill station. Job Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to see, hear, and speak verbally and audibly
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel
- Capable of working in various weather conditions
- Must be responsive and free from sedatives
- Willingness to disclose pharmaceuticals affecting work ability
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Authorized to work in the US
- Valid driver's license preferred

Job Duties
- Cook and prepare meats such as steak and chicken
- Maintain a clean and organized grill area including proper storage and labeling of food items
- Monitor food inventory and notify management when supplies are low
- Ensure all food items are cooked to appropriate temperatures and served promptly
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as needed
