Job Duties

  • Observe food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
  • follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
  • adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all CAVA standards
  • restock cook stations and keep them clean and organized
  • stand and/or walk for an entire shift delivering meals
  • develop yourself and others through continuous improvement
  • put the customer first by creating loyal patrons
  • take ownership of your station throughout every shift
  • foster collaboration through effective communication and participation
  • adapt to change with an open-minded approach
